- VPVibha Patel4 days ago1.0Very frustrating experience. I filed my insurance claim over a month ago, and it still hasn’t been resolved. When I first visited, I was told it would take about 3 weeks, but now they are saying it could take 3 months. Every time I contact them, I get a different answer from different staff members. They also don’t respond to my phone calls or provide any updates. Poor communication and lack of customer service have made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend their service.

Although, I had planned to use my own frames, Candace and the LensCrafters store in Maple View Shopping Centre made sure I was completely satisfied. I was very happy with the experience and the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam and or purchasing new glasses.
