- AMAli MAug 27, 20261.0Terrible customer service, staff was rude and didnt try and help with an eye exam. I didnt realize they didnt have my son's updated health card on file as he is a client there already, have done eye exams, purchased glasses, contacts. As we are going away on vacation and be back the day before i thought icould have his glasses ready. I asked if they can do the exam i will call back in 10 minutes when i get home with version code There is always a way to help a customer and figure out solutions in order to facilitate an eye exam which leads to a sale in glasses. Dont go to lens crafters maple view mall unless you want to be treated like you dont matter, this was an easy fix to help a customer. The girl at the desk asked me to call hamilton where the office manager was, so I called asked for them to help me out, but she already spoke to the burlignton tech who told her basically to say no hence why ahe asked me to call her. Terrible way to treat people, again theres always a way to help when someone needs it. I called back to speak to the manager again as it took me 10 minutes to get the code we booked with another place in the mall and she hung up on me.

It would also be nice to see more variety in store- lots online that aren’t in store. Also would be nice if the online inventory was linked to order in store. The pair I wanted was only available online, and I could be bothered to go through the antics of ordering myself then brining in for lenses….
