  (DO NOT GO HERE) Went for a Ear (Water Cleaning) She Ended up Rupturing my Ear Drum with a hole size of 30%. Worst Ear Cleaning/Pain experience of my life. Confirmed from my ENT that i most likely need Surgery now.

  I would be lost with The HEARING center of Burlington, run by Nancy Chan. Best audiologist that O have ever had in my entire life . I have worn hearing aids for 40 years since (since age of 5)

  UPDATE: A few years later new place, new people!!! Alyssa I want to thank you so VERY much for taking your time with my elderly mother who is legally blind. Your professionalism, knowledge and kindness is amazing!! Thank you for looking after my mother with her concern's. Her hearing now has given her some of her vision back now. She can now hear what she was unable to hear. (Hearing is so important without vision) Thank you so very much Alyssa!!!! Happy retirement Nancy, you have left us in good hands with Alyssa!! Nancy I'd like to thank you for all that you have done for my mother.....she feels as though she has gotten her life back!! To anyone looking for someone who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring NANCY CHAN is who you need to see!!! Nancy goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to service.....like no other!!

  We were very fortunate to come across a professional as excellent as Nancy Chan. I brought my 91-year old mother-in-law to see Nancy after finally convincing my MIL to get hear-aids. Nancy was courteous, warm and thorough. She took the time to clearly explain our options.We didn't feel rushed, and there were none of the usual pressure tactics to upgrade. Nancy is a great educator and her concern for the well-being of her clients is evident in the respectful way she dealt with our questions and how she treated my mother-in-law, walking her through every step and making sure she was comfortable with what was happening. My only regret is that my own father lives too far away to feasibly be a client --must admit though, I seriously considered the 4-hr drive to bring him each time.

  The test went well, but was Nancy Chan ever so condesending in absolutely everything we spoke about. Including my education, my choice not to state my family dr, and she even went as far to insinuate that i over exaggerate my tinnitus. Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone I respect.
