  I was given a referral from my doctor for this place. I stopped in to make an appointment and was given a card to call later to make an appointment Three phone calls in two days and no return call. I did call during hours of operation

  The proprietor/clinician at the Burlington clinic -- Tommy -- is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, takes the time necessary to explain proper use of hearing aids, and is also super friendly. I recommend him with complete confidence.

  Tommy is very detailed in explaining our hearing test results. Tommy’s advice and information helped us understanding a lot about the hearing aids.

  Had my hearing test and the audiologist suggested that she could clean ears of wax buildup. I agreed. After completion she asked for payment. This was never conveyed to me that a payment would be required for this service. I presumed that it was covered by OHIP. Deceitful of them. For a quick sale of $30, they might lose a sale of $5200.
