  Julian was so kind, helpful and able to explain everything to me very clearly. He answered all of my many questions and I left with my new hearing aids feeling well prepared for the adjustment. My hearing has improved immensely. I feel confident that he is available to respond to my needs now and in the future and will be available when i need him. And the availability and accessibility is important when it comes to my hearing. Simran is very sweet and patient. I appreciate the support I received from both of them. Couldn't be more delighted.

  I went in for a hearing aid repair and was out the door with a fully functioning hearing aid within 20 minutes. Stellar service and very friendly.

  Very professional atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Everything was explained in detail and i didn't need ti ask any questions.
