She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Aamna was amazing as well! She was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything about my eye examination clearly and thoroughly. She made sure I understood everything and answered my questions with care. The entire experience was smooth, pleasant, and reassuring. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Chloe and Dr. Aamna, for making my visit such a positive experience!

After exam he walked me to someone to help with choosing of glasses. Just make sure that machine is cleaned at the first part of the exam. Overall I am quite contented with specsavers.

I received top tier treatment, the place was packed yet I felt like I was the only one there, I felt like I was important and I mattered. The Dr took her time with me, explained my results of my eye exam. Ensured my concerns were addressed before letting me go and moving on to the next patient. In today's world where everyone and everything is rushed, I truly appreciated the time she took and the care she gave. Thank you Dr. Aamna Qamaruzzaman.

I went to get my glasses handle fix but unfortunately the lady never understood what I was saying . And make the left Handel really tight that it crack the handle, I was getting ready to leave from work the glass drop off my face I was shock . The nearest location to me was shoppers world at the time . I went there charlotte was watching me like why I was doing there and I asking me to buy an other pair of glasses even when I said I’m a member and that’s not how your policy works then when I pull my glasses out of my pocket as I forget my glasses case , I felt like she was judging me in profiling way like I was like hear we goes again . It was only after when I bring up the policy. She did change her tone cause I told hear I have 2 years warranty and was trying to get me to buy a new pair of glasses but the way she was dealing with me I was so close of getting my phone and just make a video with the whole in counter it was very terrible, after she saw I was a long member everything change up but it’s not the way to treat ppl . Even till now I never got a call back about my glasses … ( CHAROLTTE) 🤦🏽♂️
