- KLKim LangdonApr 22, 20261.0First, I want to say that the staff were friendly and the doctor was kind now I’m going to get in to why I am putting on a one star review. After a poor review after I had my cataract surgery is because I came in to get glasses so I could see I got reading glasses and distance glasses and then the glasses weren’t working properly due to my eyes getting more severe, but had a surgery booked to have my surgery. They told me I needed new glasses so I got new glasses the surgeon that did my cataract surgery said they should not have done that because I would need a third set of glasses after my surgery. I then spoke to someone at the store who said I would have to buy a new set of glasses a third set. I did not make an appointment because I did not feel that I was told truthfully that I should wait till after my surgery. I then received a call from the store telling me that my reading glasses would be complementary and that they apologized for this now after two phone calls trying to book my appointment to get my third set of glasses. No one had notes on this and didn’t know what I was talking about so I have cancelled my appointment and I will go elsewhere and have to purchase a third set of glasses. They were not helpful on the phone and obviously the person that is in charge of calling someone after seeing the bad review did not make note of his conversation with me. As we all know, glasses are expensive And I really was hoping I wouldn’t have to purchase a third pair in a year. Rant over.
