We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

When I walked in here with my prescription in hand already young girl Tierney welcome me and was so friendly helped me w my needs and helped me choose some frames she listened and so wonderful processed my order explained everything . I wa planned f to so prescription there to but couldn’t get till

Today was my first visit to Specsavers, and I had a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to give a shout-out to Xander. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and had a smile on his face the entire time.
I can be very indecisive when it comes to choosing glasses, and Xander was so patient with me and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. He also went over all the costs upfront, so there were no surprises when it came time to make my purchase. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and excellent customer service.
If you’re in the market for glasses, I highly recommend visiting Specsavers! Thanks, Xander, for making my first experience such a positive one! 😊

Ordered a pair of glasses from the Newmarket location and asked to pick up here, I picked up the glasses September 8th and everything was good. Returned the next day with an issue and had to have the glasses remade, they said they would send it off and would be ready in two weeks.. this was on September 9th. I called today to get an update as it has been about 3 weeks and come to find out they never reordered my glasses. The lady on the phone was very pleasant, nice and apologized profusely, but this is extremely frustrating now having to wait potentially another 2 weeks for these glasses.

We probably at one had everyone in the store helping us at one point. They were very welcoming and assisted us with any questions we had. To two people we dealt with the most was Tierney and I believe her name was Alisha. The two younger blonde ladies working there. The customer focus and service was great all around and I would recommend anyone and everyone to this location.
