Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

I went here today for a appointment and to pick up new glasses,i always feel very anxious on if im picking the right ones and Reya was so helpful in telling us deals and made me feel very confident on which pair to pick and was very sweet and helpful overall during the whole process and made what i see a sometimes stressful trip very nice and non stressful.

These five stars are for Raivna. She provided excellent customer service and helped my parents with an insurance coverage issue with so much patience and kindness. She took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the experience with what we believe was the supervisor was very different, as she seemed annoyed and impatient when we needed assistance. Raivna truly stood out because of her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. She deserves recognition for the excellent service she provided.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and dismissive attitude here. When my wife asked for the pupillary distance (PD) measurement following the exam, we were told by the optometrist that PD is "glasses-dependent" rather than a fixed physical measurement of the patient—which is completely absurd. Instead of providing the number, she was essentially dismissed and pushed off. Are patients to be treated like second-class citizens just because they choose to shop around for our glasses instead of buying on-site?
To cap it off, on our way out, a sales associate tried to make a last-ditch pitch claiming progressives were 50% off. Even with that discount, the total price still vastly exceeds what the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) allots. Between the gatekeeping of basic measurements and the heavy-pressure sales tactics, we won't be returning.
