Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

Last May, I purchased two Adidas eyeglasses for my son from your store. The first time the glasses broke, I took them back to your Bradford location, and they were replaced without any issues.
Unfortunately, the exact same part has now broken for a second time. When I returned to the store, I was told that the glasses could not be repaired and that I would have to pay for a new frame.
The main reason we purchased the glasses from your store was because we were repeatedly assured that if anything happened to them, they would be repaired or replaced. Since these glasses were for a child, I specifically asked multiple times whether they would be covered if they were damaged. Each time, I was told that as long as the glasses were not lost, I could bring them back in any condition and they would be repaired or replaced.
That is clearly not what happened.
I am very disappointed with the inconsistency between what was promised and the service I received. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to your store in the future.

Excellent service and products!! Very impressed the minute we walked thru the door! From registering in for our 1 pm appointment to seeing the Doctor/ optometrist to choosing frames and lenses, it was so well done

Horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong prescription and refused to listen when I said I couldn't read with my new glasses. I asked for a re-examination and was told my prescription was fine. The optician was arrogant refusing to accept that she could have possibly made a mistake.
I tried to contact the owners and was told they were away on vacation, so I left a message for them and never heard back. Frustrated, and desperate for a proper prescription, I ended up going elsewhere and paying for another exam.
The new prescription was not even close to the one I was given from Specsavers, but I could see!
Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
