  I recently bought a sunglass from them and it was truly an exceptional experience. Allen was knowledgeable about the product, patiently answered all my questions, and genuinely listened to my needs without any pressure. The pricing was transparent, and he went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Highly recommend asking for Allen.

  We had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Barrie, thanks to Hannah, the student optician. She helped us with my child’s lenses and was incredibly kind, patient, and polite throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made my child feel comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism and caring attitude truly stood out. Hannah provided exceptional customer service, and we really appreciate all of her help. Thank you, Hannah, for making this such a positive experience!

  We had such a great experience at LenseCraft! Franchessca was amazing and made the whole process of choosing our prescription glasses so much easier. She took the time to explain all the lens options and add-ons without ever making us feel rushed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find what worked best for us. It's not often you come across someone who provides such friendly and caring customer service. Thank you, Franchessca, for making our visit such a positive experience.   I drove 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment, checked in at the front desk, and sat in the waiting room, only to then be told by the assistant that the doctor had a "family emergency”. While I understand that emergencies happen, the clinic's handling of this situation was completely unacceptable. They easily could have called me before I made the 45-minute drive, the staff offered absolutely no resolution, accountability, or immediate plan to fix their blunder. Total lack of professionalism and empathy for their patients. Avoid this place if you value your time.

  I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. Joyce was incredibly welcoming and made the entire process of purchasing prescription sunglasses and lenses easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She also kindly adjusted the arms of my current glasses, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend LensCrafters and will definitely be recommending Joyce and the store to my family and friends.
