They took the time to get to know my dad so he could be suitably matched with a caregiver. They nailed it. First Cindy, then Heather. Both of these women took such good care of our father. I spoke with my dad daily and he always stated with much appreciation in his voice ‘Yes they are special ladies’. He knew beyond a doubt he was loved and cared for. What she wants most is to end her days in her own home and through the wonderful care she's been getting from the great staff at Home Instead she's managing just fine. Mom very much looks forward to the visits from the staff engaged to look after her and they keep me well informed about how she's doing which is a challenge because I live 7 hours drive away. Can't say enough good things about Home Instead and I highly recommend them.
