Our mediator showed extraordinary patience, compassion, and professionalism throughout the entire process. She took the time to help us truly understand each other’s perspectives — something I honestly didn’t think was possible given how far apart we were at the start. Laura went out on a limb for us more than once, always with the goal of helping us reach a fair and peaceful resolution without ever taking sides. Her approach was gentle, caring, and steady, and she guided us to a middle ground long before trial, which I never imagined we could achieve.She didn’t just mediate; she made space for clarity, empathy, and real progress.   I found Laura a calm and experienced voice of reason in a situation parents seldom expect to find themselves in. As people an adults who are parents to children, it is my opinion that we often feel unable to distance ourselves from the immediate situation and I think Laura provides that helpful perspective. I strongly recommend mediation as a way for parents of dissolved relationships to help end the unnecessary walk into a long financially burdumsom and emotionally exhausting struggle in the court system. Thank you Laura.

  Laura is great, she honestly straight up did the impossible. Many other mediatiors weren't able to help us but Laura did.
