StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Aurora Newmarket offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Madison was my Flexologist, and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to understand my needs, explained what she was doing throughout the session, and made me feel completely comfortable. I felt amazing after my stretch. I was more relaxed, mobile and less tight. I was really impressed with her knowledge of the body and she sent me home with some stretches I can do on my own in between sessions. Thank you for a wonderful experience. See you soon.

Beware, it could be highly addictive... the treatment space is impeccable, the administrative staff is friendly and professional, and the practioners are knowledgeable and very effective. Justine treated me, and Madison treated my wife. We both felt the 50 minytes treatment was perfect. After a very comprehensive assessment, the proceeded with their therapy. At the end, we both felt decompressed with a gain in mobility. We immediately signed up for our next session. I highly recommend the StretchLab in Aurora.
