I ordered progressive lenses, but the first pair only worked well for computer use and was not suitable for distance vision. I went back for adjustments, but even after changes, my distance vision and horizontal view were still blurry. I gave it time to adjust, but it never improved. I was also told they only provide service for up to three months after purchase, even though my issue wasn’t resolved. Overall, I’m not happy with the quality of the lenses or the service. The frames were also quite small compared to what I was looking for. In comparison, I had progressive lenses made at LensCrafters a few years ago and they were excellent. I chose not to go back at the time because they were a bit more expensive and this place was closer to home and more affordable—but now I realize that higher price often reflects better quality, and cheaper options can come with compromises.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
