  I had a great first experience at Specsavers! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to effectively diagnose some concerns with my eye and prescribe medication. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience at this location! Thank you! ❤️

  Great, knowledgeable service. From walking in the door, to leaving was treated exceptionally well. I was explained everything during my exam and was assisted in picking out my new glasses....never pushed. I highly recommend this company ...keep up the great work, and thanks again.

  The Trickey tribe rolled into Specsavers today… all 6 of us strong. 😄 Even though the kids are getting older, when our family enters a small shop it still feels a bit like a parade route. We spent a couple of hours getting eye exams, choosing frames, and trying on what felt like millions of pairs of glasses. Final score: 5 new pairs of glasses 2 contact prescriptions 💸 Approximately one million dollars (give or take 😅) jk… seriously affordable! Big shoutout to Heidi and the wonderful team at Specsavers Meadowlands Ancaster for your patience, kindness, and helping our crew see clearly again. You handled the family invasion like pros! If eyesight is precious, today was an investment in vision… both physical and financial. 😂 We noted how blessed we are to have access to vision care! God is good!

  My first visit to Specsavers was great! The staff was extremely attentive and patient with me. I left with having chosen two pairs of glasses that I can wear with confidence and the price was excellent. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be back!

  I am so happy I decided to try out Specsavers in Ancaster, I can't recommend them enough! The optician made me feel at ease right away. She explained all the steps and why she chose the specific new prescription for me (can be difficult with my astigmatism). She also showed me my eye scan and went through it in detail. She was such a good mix of friendly and knowledgeable. I also can't speak highly enough about the service I received while I picked out my new glasses. Rachel was amazing, gave me good feedback and worked within my budget for new frames and new sunglasses. I never once felt any sales pressure. And when my new glasses didn't fit my nose bridge properly, I went back and RJ helped me pick out a new pair. She was so patient with me as I tried on so many different pairs, and even helped me set up my phone so I could video call someone to help me choose a pair. They were both there when I went this week to pick up my new (new) pair, and RJ even remembered my name. All the staff treat you so well and really seem to not only be very knowledgable, but also to truly enjoy their jobs. I will absolutely be going back here the next time I need an exam/glasses, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
