  Without an appointment, it’s almost impossible to get in. When trying to book an appointment almost all mornings are booked up two weeks in advance. I can only conclude that they do not have enough technicians.Unfortunate this seems to be the case at all Quest Locations in the Ventura area. This review has nothing to do with their technicians who are excellent.

  I've had the pleasure of utilizing Quest's services on several occasions. Each time, the staff has been professional, punctual and very courteous. My last visit was this week. Jaylene, the phlebotomist provided excellent service and made the experience painless and quick. I highly recommend Quest in Ojai.
