  I initially began coming to this office while helping manage my mother’s care and accompanying her to her appointments. From the very first visit, I was genuinely impressed by the efficiency, professionalism, and overall competence of both the office staff and the physicians. It was clear that patient care here is not just a priority, it is a standard. My mother received exceptional care, and that experience left a lasting impression on me. At the time, I was receiving treatment at a different pain management practice due to insurance constraints. However, after seeing firsthand the level of care provided here, I made the conscious decision to transition my own care to this office, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health. Working with Josh, PA, has been an incredibly positive experience. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options in a way that is both informative and empowering. His collaborative approach with Dr. Perrizo ensures that care plans are not only well thought out but also effectively executed. The continuity and communication between provider and physician here is truly outstanding. I would also like to recognize the incredible support staff who make this office run so smoothly. Susan and Yvonne, the schedulers, are consistently kind, organized, and incredibly helpful. They make what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and manageable. Tammy, the medical assistant, is attentive, compassionate, and always ensures that visits flow efficiently while making patients feel comfortable and cared for. Aaliyah is also wonderful and contributes to the welcoming and professional environment that truly sets this office apart. As someone who is under the care of multiple specialists, I can confidently say that this office stands out. I do not just come here for pain control, I come here for guidance, education, and a sense of being genuinely heard and supported. That level of care is rare. I am deeply grateful for the care I receive here and would highly recommend Dr. Perrizo, Josh, PA, and their entire team to anyone seeking compassionate, knowledgeable, and comprehensive pain management.

  I started to go to Dr Brooke Towne a few years ago when my pain doctor of 10 years closed his practice. I don't do change well but she's been even better than my prior pain management doctor - in fact ,you can't find a more compassionate doctor.She has injected epidurals, implanted a spinal cord stimulator for me and really listens to her patients.I admit she looked so young that I was leary- but then I am 71 so everyone looks young- lol- she is fantastic and well qualified.Staff is quick in scheduling procedures.Great office

  Dr. Towne is amazing! She has great bedside manner and most importantly provides results. Facility, staff and doctors come highly recommended. I feel very grateful for all the care and help everyone has contributed.

  My 92 year old mother was referred to Pacific Pain for a compression fracture. The helped she has received has been fantastic. From the first contact everyone is polite, professional and skillful. Her PA, Joshua Wehn treats with respect and care. He created a plan and explained everything in understandable detail. The Encinitas location is closer to us and the office is lovely.
