  I brought my glasses in to be fixed after I stepped on them. My lens had popped out and the frames were bent. Within 20 minutes, Lisa, the surgeon of eyewear, was able to get them to even better than BRAND NEW. Thoroughly satisfied and will definitely be coming back because of her work!

  Reyna couldn't have been more helpful! She replaced a screw and adjusted my glasses so they don't fall down my nose. Sounds simple but it was tedious and took awhile. She was so sweet and patient. I didn't even buy my glasses here! Great service!

  My experience with this office has been frustrating overall. The staff is inconsistent—some helpful, others rude—and communication is disorganized. I went in to purchase contacts and was told I hadn’t confirmed my order, even though I had called and had my prescription sent to my home. The doctor prescribed daily lenses, but I requested bi-weekly. I’d already been wearing the dailies for a week, and the staff showed little concern. I’m new to contacts and have a personal trauma around eye care, so this should have been handled more carefully. That said, shoutout to Jose for his expertise and professionalism today—he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.

  3/23/26 I had such a wonderful experience at my at Lens crafters on vista way in Oceanside. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive,kind and welcoming.The level of customer service truly stood out it’s not something you come across everyday. A special thank you to Derek,who was so quick to attend to me and gave me full confidence they could have my glasses ready in an hour. He was so kind and patient. Also for the female staff that helped me when I picked them up, she was just as genuinely patient and helpful I told her I would write a review and I forgot her name! I hope she reads this. Thank you for helping with a nice case for my glasses. Everyone there made the experience easy and enjoyable.I highly recommend this location if you are looking for excellent service and a friendly professional team!

  Jacob you are the best!!! I had an eye examination at the Optometrist on Saturday 3/21. I went over to LensCrafters in hopes of finding a specific pair of Tiffany eyeglasses. What I got instead was excellent service with a beautiful smile ( I am a dental hygienist and I know a smile from a great heart when I see it) I left with 3 pair of progressive eyeglasses! Jacob was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and attentive! My Mom and I will be back! I brought Prada, a nicer pair of Tiffany frames than the one that I liked originally and a pair of Tory Burch frames! I think I am set for a little while! Thank you Jacob, Sesy and Derek for all your assistance. We closed the store😆💯♥️ This was my first time ever buying my eye glasses at Lenses Crafters but now I shall be a loyal costumer! Excellent service Jacob! Keep smiling😁
