LensCrafters always offers such pleasant and professional service. I stopped in to get some glasses fixed and Derek took the time not only to fix them, but to make sure they fit comfortably and sat correctly on my face; I was very impressed and grateful for his patience and thorough attention to detail. He had them good as new in probably under 10 minutes, and made this errand a highlight of my day.

They are so helpful and nice here. Bought my 18 y/o glasses here and they were so helpful adjusting them. I just took a pair back that I had not purchased there. They adjusted them free of charge and we're super nice and helpful. I will be a customer for life at this LensCrafters.

Fantastic service from Lisa and Jose. I dropped off my glasses and the arm needed to be reattached. I had all the pieces and the screw, but there was no way I was going to be able to get that screw in as it was incredibly small. I left the glasses and they called me and told me to come pick them up. No charge! Highly recommended thank you!

What a great overall experience I had getting my daughter’s glasses replaced at this LensCrafters! It was 4pm and I thought she would have to possibly go another day without seeing. But Anna was so helpful when I called and looked to make sure they had her prescription in stock. Then when we got there she immediately greeted us and helped her find ones that she liked, made sure we got the best price by looking up our insurance (when I didn’t even know we had vision covered), and the staff had them ready in less then an hour. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
