  They are terrible I scheduled a 10:00am appointment. Was rescheduled to 10:40am It is now 11:am still waiting I don't think anyone here. There is 4 people here just waiting. They are washing my time.

  Slow and advertise miss- information. They say they take walks in, well sort of. If you show up without appointment, your estime time is uncertain and in words of the worker “can take the whole day”. Because they postpone your service as the appointments get in. Even for them the wait was still over an hour. I did a drug screening test. In my past job the location was in-and-out literally. At this Quest location, I arrived at 9 am and left at 1 pm. For something that takes 5 minutes. Please avoid it at all cost, and if you have to, make sure you book and apt before going.
