  I believe that this is a training facility these people do not have enough experience to keep the lines Moving to get the job done correctly I went a few weeks ago to get my blood drawn, and I was told later on that my cell was broken by my doctor. The facility never called me and let me know that my blood was drawn wrong.

  Made an appointment a week ahead (their only availability), just to wait over an hour in the waiting room. They move so slow, no urgency, and only call two patients every 30 minutes. You might as well walk-in if you’re going to wait hours. Avoid coming here if you can.

  Great ambience, great nurse who followed my instructions on how to draw my blood (I have collapsed veins) and check in was smooth! I went to the Webster location in Oakland. Other locations are not so great.

  Although the staff has always been excellent all around, whoever manages this facility needs to realize that people will walk in. Two staff for a Wednesday afternoon would be fine, but for Saturdays, six instead of two would be much better. I waited an hour, and I even had an appointment. The clinician who took my blood told me she might not even be taking lunch.

  Walk-in, checked in and was attended under 10 min. Nice, cold AC and great customer service. Per reviews, I was expecting the worst, but overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
