  No appointment? They will not see you — even if appointments don’t show up. I was informed by lady I would ONLY be seen if someone canceled. She claimed they’re overbooked I understand how this can benefit employees but this is terrible for the customer. If they won’t do standby, quest should not be advertising they do I watched zero people be served at two different times, and they never called anyone on standby. 4 employees present Someone walked in with a stat ordwe and immediately went to front of line after id waited 2 hours

  All the staff at the Oakland Quest was so nice! (Unlike the staff at another company's lab that I visited recently.) I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby and told where I could sign in. The other patients were also treated well, which made me happy

  Good digital communication, very efficient staff in doing the testsand conveniently located but staff at desk could be more friendly
