  I've been to Spravato treatments at the Oakland location and have had a decent experience, with some complaints. I wish there was a guided element to the therapy; they provide nothing except a check-in before each treatment while some clinics I believe will include guided content or therapy during the session. The staff is nice, the facilities are fine although a little cramped and I've heard other clinics provide better snacks. Overall a 3-star experience, which is frustrating because I have no choice to use them because of my insurance. But my review gets 2 stars bc of my biggest complaint -- communication. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes now to cancel my appointment for tomorrow. I've seen other complaints about their communication. There's no reason to leave me on hold for this long -- I could simply leave a voicemail. I hope the company will read all the negative reviews here on Google and make an attempt to improve conditions and communication.

  While I am all for infusion(IV) Ketamine, it really does work for treatment resistant depression, this organization has really gone downhill. It has lost it's loving heart and gone corporate. I understand the necessity of making money, but I think it's so sad when healthcare goes cold. I've seen the disappearance of almost every caring person. No explanations, corporations never give them. I really cared about so many of the old crew and having them evaporate is not easy on a person trying to learn to trust the world again. I guess that is the world we live in, profits (coldness, assembly line medicine) over people everytime. Don't tell me our civilization will last much longer. Not from what I see. That is overwhelmingly sad. I made a video extolling the virtues of this place, but now I must demand in writing that it never be shown.

  While the clinicians are all great here, the organization of the place is awful. I was overcharged 1300 when they didn’t submit to insurance and then when I called to cancel and submitted a cancellation request 3 days before my appointment they still charged a late fee. You can never get in contact with anyone over the phone. It’s not like these treatments are cheap so issues with billing takes away any positives from having really kind and supportive clinicians.
