  As a beginner and new to pilates l, this was a great introduction session. I really appreciated Jesse out coach. He was warm, patient and thorough. Took time to introduce himself to everyone in the class prior to starting.

  Knowledgeable teachers who always have great suggestions on modifications to an exercise to accommodate injuries or chronic issues like hypermobility and arthritis. I have definitely increased my strength and stability.

  I loooooooove club pilates they are just what I needed to kick start my day off Jesse is the bomb and will have you snatched and ready for any season!! I love the flexibility that they offer there is a class for any time of day starting at 6am all the way through the evening if your thinking about joining think no more and jump on it and do your body a favor you won't regret it I have had one class that I didn't enjoy yet❤️

  I joined a couple of months ago and have been attending consistently. I’m 49 and was having trouble loosing weight. These low impact low stress workouts are exactly what my body needed. I’m down 5 lbs, my posture is significantly improved and my abs are hard as a rock. Club Pilates is a very inclusive workout for all ages and shapes!

  I tried the 30-minute complimentary class and found it to be quite gentle and slower-paced than I was expecting. It may be a better fit for those looking for a lighter workout, but it didn’t feel very challenging for me personally. After the class, I was contacted multiple times by text and phone coming from different numbers over the course of the week regarding purchasing classes and leaving a review even though I said I wasn't interested. While I understand follow-up is part of their process, the frequency felt a bit overwhelming. When I shared my experience, I was encouraged to try the 50-minute class instead. However, based on the pace of the session I attended, I’m not sure a longer class would have changed my experience. Overall, it may suit others depending on what they’re looking for, but it wasn’t the right fit for me.
