She gets nervous at medical appointments, but Ruth put us at ease once we walked in. The audiologist treated mom kindly. He explained everything step by step and was very thorough. This place cares about their patients and it shows. A+++

The team at Audio Nova fixed them and cleaned them within a half hour, all the while answering every question I had about them, showing me what each part was, explaining to me the computer chips inside them. They are wonderful.

He helped replace a broken receiver, domes, and reprogrammed my devices. He is a creative problem solver, and though it took longer than either of us expected, he solved my issues. My only complaint is that the Pleasanton office didn't give me a complete invoice from a year ago, and it caused some warranty confusion in the Oakland office.

I came in, RJ recalibrated it with the other hearing aid, and then reset both. RJ the audiologist was extremely helpful, and Ruth the assistant has always been wonderful. I was very impressed with the previous audiologist as well.

RJ was thorough in conducting a fresh hearing test and explaining the results. He made adjustments, both replacing my domes and recalibrating the amplification.
