They just kept sending me out on fool's errands just to get rid of me. It was always that they needed this paperwork or that ID card or I needed to call my insurance company. The truth is they just didn't know how to use their own insurance system. CVS had no problem running my Cal-Viva insurance. It took them less than five minutes to get approval for me. Vons also never answers their phones or returns voice mails. One day I called 32 times and never once spoke to a human. The rep from Cal-Viva also called six times and never got through. The truth is that Vons is a food store and they treat their pharmacy as an afterthought. Avoid at all costs!
