Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.
3D scanning technology (OCT)
At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

I can’t recommend Carmel and Victoria enough! They made the entire process of choosing glasses so easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer every question I had with honesty and genuine care.
What I appreciated most was that they really listened to what I wanted. I shared my budget with them, and instead of trying to upsell me, they helped me find the perfect pair while staying within it. Their recommendations were thoughtful, honest, and tailored to what suited me best, which made the whole experience feel effortless.
Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Shopping for glasses can be overwhelming, but Carmel and Victoria made it one of the easiest and most enjoyable shopping experiences I’ve had. I left feeling confident in my choice and so grateful for all of their help.
If you’re looking for new glasses, do yourself a favour and go see Carmel and Victoria you’ll be in the best hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
