I've been traveling to Halifax on vacation this week, when one of my Phonak Sphere hearing aid receivers, still under manufactures warranty, suddenly appeared to have failed. Power cycling the aid multiple times did not solve the problem nor did checking to make sure the wax shield was not plugged up inadvertently. I researched a local clinic in the city and made an impromptu visit to Connect Hearing and had an absolutely fantastic experience with the staff and audiologist. The audiologist was extremely kind to slip me in between appointments and immediately confirmed that one of my receivers had failed and he replaced it with a new one with zero hassles. I was back visiting the lovely city of Halifax 30 minutes later! Absolutely ecstatic about the way I was treated at the clinic and highly recommend anyone considering hearing aids living in the area to pay them a visit. Steve from Massachusetts.

I was at connect hearing today and I seen Kyle. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. My hearing aids sound great and I will only be dealing with connect hearing from now on, a lot to do because of Kyle’s awesome personality
