Great store but the new AI self checkout is an absolute nightmare. I had to get help from an employee multiple times just to get through the checkout process. It took way longer than normal and I noticed every other customer required the same assistance. Fortunately the employee at self checkout was a sweetheart and seemed just as perplexed as I was as to why the system was malfunctioning. Humans are the way, the computers just aren't ready for this task yet in my humble option. I'm gonna shop elsewhere from now on.

I visited the pharmacy yesterday for 3 vaccinations. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind! They answered all my questions and made sure I knew the potential side effects of the shots. I will return!

Incredibly unprofessional behavior by Ethan who laughed when a medication was out of stock and said “try calling someone else”. Why accept an order you know you don’t have? How about a courtesy call to customers? And at the very least not laughing in their face.

Dear Pharmacy Manager, I received my flu shot and covid shots on 10/6/25 at your pharmacy IT still has not submitted my latest vaccine records to the CA vaccine database a month later. I have called several times and have gone into the pharmacy and the front desk staff have told me that they put in a ticket to IT, but still they have not inputted the info yet. It is important for me to have my records up to date, and it is a state law that they need to be recorded as you know. Can you or someone please help me to make sure your IT team submits my latest vaccines so that my CA digital vaccine records are up to date and my doctor's office is up to date. Thank You. Lisa

I do like this pharmacy The staff and pharmacists are most always nice.
That said, often the phone is not answered.
I am concerned about the how the chairs for the waiting area are set up next to the line for the pharmacy. As I was standing in line, there was a person 1-2 feet from me coughing for 15 minutes.
Cold and flu season is here and it concerns me. There are a lot of older people and immunocompromised people that should not be put in that situation by the pharmacy they choose.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
