- LLLisaNov 11, 20251.0Dear Pharmacy Manager, I received my flu shot and covid shots on 10/6/25 at your pharmacy IT still has not submitted my latest vaccine records to the CA vaccine database a month later. I have called several times and have gone into the pharmacy and the front desk staff have told me that they put in a ticket to IT, but still they have not inputted the info yet. It is important for me to have my records up to date, and it is a state law that they need to be recorded as you know. Can you or someone please help me to make sure your IT team submits my latest vaccines so that my CA digital vaccine records are up to date and my doctor's office is up to date. Thank You. Lisa

I am concerned about the how the chairs for the waiting area are set up next to the line for the pharmacy. As I was standing in line, there was a person 1-2 feet from me coughing for 15 minutes. Cold and flu season is here and it concerns me. There are a lot of older people and immunocompromised people that should not be put in that situation by the pharmacy they choose.

They seem to think they are too important to even greet you. I know deli service is below their status as busy sushi makers.
