I had a great experience at LensCrafters during my eye exam with Dr. Jasmine Nguyen. My vision had been progressively getting worse both near and far, including reading, and since I had never worn glasses before, I was understandably a bit concerned about addressing multiple vision issues at once.
Dr. Nguyen was thorough, patient, and reassuring throughout the exam, taking the time to explain my results and the best options moving forward. The LensCrafters staff were equally excellent, polite, professional, and very attentive to my needs from start to finish.
I ultimately purchased a fantastic pair of Oakley glasses with premium progressive lenses, including anti-scratch and anti-glare coatings, blue light filtering, and transition lenses that darken to grey in sunlight. The entire process was smooth and confidence-inspiring.
Highly recommend both Dr. Nguyen and the LensCrafters team. A++ experience.

I’m attaching my Yelp review. This is the WORST place and I’ll be contacting my insurance, LensCrafters home office, and the Better Business Bureau.
This "business" expects that I contact them. NOPE. Instead, wrote to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency.

I have been using LensCrafters to get my eyes tested and purchase both contacts and glasses for over 15 years. I was always happy with the service they provided up until now. I went in for an exam. They no longer manually test a person eyes. They rely on technology to find a persons prescription. I would be fine with this if my glasses or contacts actually helped improve my vision. I left LensCrafters very happy after my exam even tho I spent nearly $1000. When they called me to let me know that my glasses had arrived I was very excited. When I went in to pick them up they were not the same color glasses that I had picked out. I picked out green tortoise shell frames what came were brown frames. When I said something to the man helping me, he said that they were the same color as in the picture. Then showed me the picture. The coloring is all the way distorted. This still confuses me because I swear they send the actual glasses that you pick out into the manufacturer. I ended up leaving with the glasses that they that they had me pick up, but I wish that I hadn't. The prescription is just not right. I strain to see anything up close or far away. Then a few days later my contacts arrive in the mail. I was super excited again only to be let down even further. I can't see anything with these contacts. I can't wear them they make my vision blurry and cause me severe headaches and dizziness. I called LensCrafters regarding the issues. They let me know that there's nothing they can do for me except charge me for another eye exam. Once you purchase contacts the sale is final. They insist that they didn't do anything wrong when it comes to the glasses because the picture they took the frames look black, yet the frames came brown and remember they were supposed to be green. And it doesn't matter to them that I can not see clearly with them on. I will never ever go back to LensCrafters again. This experience has ended our 15+ year relationship.

Walked in to fix my kids glasses and Janice was extremely helpful and had her glasses fixed within minutes! Will definitely be coming back
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
