It was such a beautiful fresh day I wanted to open the doors to let some fresh air in. But no, the front desk told me they have a fragrance diffuser running all the time at all three studios. Turning it on is the first thing they do in the morning. Its runs all the time. I could see it by the cash register putting a plume of something in the air. OMG. Do I want to breathe that stuff in instead of fresh air when I exercise. No. So sorry because this is a great studio by all accounts.

Makes going to Pilates an absolute joy. By far the only exercise I’ve ever wanted to stick to and get disappointed when I can’t get my class with Laurie. All instructors are great but my vote goes to Laurie all day, every day!

I’ve been coming to classes 3-4 times a week for since April 2018! I have not regretted my monthly dues one time! And have looked forward to each class and it’s challenges and mostly the rewards! I’ve tried many other forms of excercise but Pilates is my all time favorite and has changed my body the most for the good. ❤️
