  01/03/2026 3:10PM 10600 Firestone Blvd Norwalk,California 90650-7410 🚨Please beware going here, request Roberto‼️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Only because of Roberto) Today I would have given zero stars, but because of the kindness and outstanding customer service from Roberto, my experience ended up being five stars. Before going into the store, I called to confirm whether I needed an appointment to purchase frames. The associate I spoke with over the phone clearly told me that appointments are only required for eye exams and that purchasing frames could be done as a walk-in. I explained I was coming in to buy frames for my son, and she confirmed that would be no problem. When I arrived, a female associate was helping another customer. I waited and was not acknowledged, so I politely said, “Excuse me, I have a quick question — do I need to sign in anywhere?” She replied that she would be right with me. Instead, she abruptly stopped helping the customer she was with and yelled across the counter, “WHAT’S YOUR NAME?” I told her I did not have an appointment. She immediately responded that they could not help me and that service was by appointment only. I explained that I had called ahead and was told I did not need an appointment to purchase frames. Her response was, “I don’t know what to tell you,” delivered with a rude tone, poor communication, and zero willingness to help. At that moment, Roberto stepped in and simply asked, “What can I help you with today?” I explained that I was just there to purchase frames for my son. Roberto kindly replied that he would be more than happy to help, and he absolutely did. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free — he even helped me with a coupon. Roberto was the only welcoming presence in that office. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care completely turned the experience around. I will definitely be returning — but only because of Roberto.

  Excelente experiencia en Target Optical Norwalk. Desde el momento en que llegué, el servicio fue muy profesional y amable. Quiero destacar especialmente a Roberto, quien hizo toda la diferencia. Es muy atento, paciente y realmente se toma el tiempo para explicar todas las opciones de lentes y seguros, asegurándose de que uno salga completamente satisfecho. Se nota que tiene mucho conocimiento y que genuinamente le importa el bienestar visual del cliente. Todo el proceso fue rápido, claro y sin presión. El equipo en general es muy cordial y el lugar está bien organizado y limpio. Definitivamente recomiendo Target Optical en Norwalk, y si pueden ser atendidos por Roberto, estarán en excelentes manos. ¡Cinco estrellas bien merecidas!

  Roberto was extremely helpful and efficient. He helped my husband also recommended retinal imaging which was very important in the long run! If I could give 10 stars, I would we will definitely be back with the whole family!😎

  Roberto E. (Norwalk) is amazing! He has the best customer service, knowledgeable about the products and offers really good options. He really cares about the customer he is helping. I will see you next year & thank you for another year of great service.

  I had a great experience at Target Optical in Norwalk. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my selection. The service was efficient, and I’m very happy with my glasses. A huge kudos to Maribel for assisting me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care.
