CVS said they needed 20 hours to fill my prescription, when Ralph's pharmacy took 15 min

It is a great store, clean and one can find any groceries we need. The one star is because of the self-checkout terminals. Those computers are in great need of a software to treat their anxiety because they seem to suffer from paranoia, which episodes, from what I have observed, are triggered by Hispanic or African-American customers. I hope they find a good doctor or programmer who has the willingness to treat their constant annoying alerts. One has to wait a while for an attendant to clear the error from the screen before we can continue scanning the products. If the store doesn't trust the customers to scan what we buy, they should just open more stations attended by cashiers, instead of annoying customers with the pulsing lights and loud voices coming out from the machines. UPDATE: Just to confirm my assumptions. The sound of the machines was removed, which is a great improvement and thank you to the programmer for listening to the feedback of the customers! There's a stand that was adapted into a self-checkout station, when it was set to be attended by a cashier. This specific machine gives more errors than the rest because of the belt. The last time I was in the store the screen showed an error with red text saying that it had to close the station. A nice lady came quickly to assist and we both had to wait for the system to reboot. As the machine came back, I asked the lady if I had to re-scan everything, but the "nice" lady whispered to my ear that I had to LEAVE. Then I turned to look at the screen and the machine seemed to have saved the previously scanned items, so I told the lady that the items were saved and I continued scanning the rest of the products. I have been a customer for over 3 years and listening to someone say that I had to LEAVE (the store) was a little weird. Instead of trying to blame customers, they should continue fixing the glitches of the machines, instead of thinking that customers want to steal the products. WE HAVE THE MONEY, PEOPLE!

I thought this was the pharmacy, and most reviews seem to address the store, but I'll stick to the pharmacy. I really like the pharmacists themselves, and the prices of my prescriptions are probably fairly good, although comparison is difficult.

This is my local Ralph's supermarket and have no complaints. They remodeled in the past year and it looks great. Employees are nice and are always offering assistance. They also have a few self checkout kiosks for those quick purchases, which is nice.
