- JJJudithOct 8, 20251.0Very disappointed with the last service. I went in for wisdom tooth removal but needed to postpone due to an upcoming trip and instead requested a deep cleaning and discussed my concerns. Dentist seemed bothered for changing the process, after a copay he proceeded to deep cleaning skipping the Exam & X-rays that I was due for. The anesthesia felt excessive 3 injections at once, the cleaning was quick and rushed for all that numbing, after he was finished I asked him to take a look at were my concern was and he did not care to take a look dismissing it by saying "I took care of it". Dr. Medellín seemed so careless, no further exams, X-rays were performed to ensure deep cleaning was done properly nor further recommendations where given he just walked me straight out the door. I will definitely not be returning nor recommending anymore.
