I came in to get my glasses fixed after I sat on them. I wasn’t sure they were going to be able to fix it since it’s a frame with a wire holding the bottom lens and the wire completely ripped. The lens too came out of the frame but they were able to fix it for free within 7min! I was able to go back home and finish my hw. Shout out to Ashley for fixing them! 💯

I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters this morning thanks to Angela! My glasses frame had come unscrewed, and she went above and beyond to help me get them fixed right away. Angela was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, she not only repaired my glasses but also took the time to explain my insurance coverage and guided me through starting an exchange. Her calm and friendly approach turned what could have been a frustrating start to my day into an easy, stress-free experience. Thank you, Angela, for your exceptional service and care!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this LensCrafters for years, and we've always had great experiences. Everyone's visit is different, but we've consistently received excellent service and quality products. Recently, my boyfriend came in for new glasses, and Team Lead Luis was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He not only helped my boyfriend order a new pair at a great price but also took the time to fix his current ones. Great customer service like that is truly priceless. If you're worried about wait times or crowds, I recommend coming in a bit earlier. Like any busy place, the staff can only help so many people at once. A little patience goes a long way, and it's always worth it here!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
