  While accompanying my wife to LensCrafters in Los Angeles, I didn’t expect to be writing a review myself — but after seeing how genuinely welcoming and professional the entire team was, I decided to get my own eye exam done as well. And I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. The attention to detail and level of care I received were truly exceptional — something I’ve rarely experienced in any optical store. The doctor took his time to explain every part of the exam clearly and thoroughly, answering all my questions with patience and genuine interest. Susan and Hasiya were fantastic in helping me choose my frames. They somehow managed to balance my practical side (comfort and fit) with my wife’s insistence that I “finally try something stylish.” They succeeded on both counts! Their ability to understand what would suit my face, lifestyle, and prescription was impressive, and they made the whole process easy and enjoyable. What stood out most was how cohesive the team was — everyone supported one another, and you could tell they truly cared about each customer’s experience. This kind of teamwork and professionalism is rare these days. I’ve decided that from now on, even though we live in Dallas, I’ll gladly wait until our next trip to Los Angeles for my annual exam. It’s absolutely worth it. If you want your eyes (and your confidence) in the best possible hands, this is the place to go!

  While visiting Los Angeles, I made the unplanned decision (at the suggestion of friends I was staying with) to get my annual eye exam at Lens Crafters, where they have been going for years. Knowing my previous experience with the same company (but at the Dallas store) which was very bad and stressful, they insisted that I trust the team at this store. Trust me when I say that I never dreamed I would find the level of service I had!!! Every single member of the team, without exception, was there for me from the moment I stepped foot in the store!!! Each in their own area of ​​expertise helped me make the best decision when it came to the health of my eyes and choosing frames that I would be proud to wear. Sensing my reservations about the aforementioned bad experience, they took the time and patience to get it right. Susan and Hasiya did an incredible job selecting my new frames (I couldn't help but get two pairs :)). Their knowledge of the quality of different brands, their expertise in choosing the one that best suits my style, taking into account my prescription and the doctor's suggestions, I have never encountered before (I must mention that I have worn glasses all my life and have many years of experience with opticians). The doctor performed a detailed eye examination. He took his time and was dedicated to explaining everything to me so that I would have no worries. After making sure that everything was fine with the health of my eyes and choosing new frames (which I can't wait to get), I decided that these are the people I can trust when it comes to the health of my eyes, and not least, my appearance. ;) I believe that the experience I had best describes the fact that I will dedicate my annual visits to LA to an eye examination at this store. And did I mention that I convinced my husband to get his eye examination here?! I couldn't let him miss this opportunity! I'll stop here with further persuasion ... just go and see for yourself!!!

  Always have the best time when I come for my annual appointment! Dr. Palacio’s is so nice and always thorough, I get the best care here! Love Susan and the team so much, always feels like home here! :)
