  The doctor I saw was not Caroline. It was a man and he was excellent and the whole experience at the LensCrafters in the Macy’s store was wonderful especially because of the store manager Susan she is a step above anyone I’ve ever met personable knowledgeable 10 out of 10.

  Absolutely amazing and caring team. They make you feel comfortable and not pressured. Got my eye exam and they helped me with meta glasses lenses and contacts. They were very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

  I had such a positive experience with the eye exam at LensCrafters inside Macy’s! From start to finish, the process was quick, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Scheduling was easy, and I didn’t feel rushed — the eye doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The exam itself was efficient without feeling rushed, and I left feeling confident in my prescription. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant and efficient eye care visits that I’ve had in 2 years! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality care with friendly service. 👓✨

  Great customer service Susan and Zack were awesome. They were very thorough in explaining my insurance benefits and how to maximize my savings and offered and sold me on the benefits of the protection plan on each pair of glasses in case any scratches or frame damage they would replace at minimum cost.. They helped me me pick out frames that matched face shape and skin tones. The Dr was great he was very professional he went over the exam in great detail I felt very comfortable I am sorry Dr. I forgot your name but thank you so much

  While visiting Los Angeles, I made the unplanned decision (at the suggestion of friends I was staying with) to get my annual eye exam at Lens Crafters, where they have been going for years. Knowing my previous experience with the same company (but at the Dallas store) which was very bad and stressful, they insisted that I trust the team at this store. Trust me when I say that I never dreamed I would find the level of service I had!!! Every single member of the team, without exception, was there for me from the moment I stepped foot in the store!!! Each in their own area of ​​expertise helped me make the best decision when it came to the health of my eyes and choosing frames that I would be proud to wear. Sensing my reservations about the aforementioned bad experience, they took the time and patience to get it right. Susan and Hasiya did an incredible job selecting my new frames (I couldn't help but get two pairs :)). Their knowledge of the quality of different brands, their expertise in choosing the one that best suits my style, taking into account my prescription and the doctor's suggestions, I have never encountered before (I must mention that I have worn glasses all my life and have many years of experience with opticians). The doctor performed a detailed eye examination. He took his time and was dedicated to explaining everything to me so that I would have no worries. After making sure that everything was fine with the health of my eyes and choosing new frames (which I can't wait to get), I decided that these are the people I can trust when it comes to the health of my eyes, and not least, my appearance. ;) I believe that the experience I had best describes the fact that I will dedicate my annual visits to LA to an eye examination at this store. And did I mention that I convinced my husband to get his eye examination here?! I couldn't let him miss this opportunity! I'll stop here with further persuasion ... just go and see for yourself!!!
