  The experience was very pleasant! I went in for an eye exam and their customer service was top notch! The two ladies, Camila and Hasija, were very sweet. Camila was super respectful and did my pre-testing very quick and easy! Dr. Palacios was very professional and did my eye exam with ease. Great location to do your exam and purchase some frames. You guys have a new customer 🙏🏽

  The doctor I saw was not Caroline. It was a man and he was excellent and the whole experience at the LensCrafters in the Macy’s store was wonderful especially because of the store manager Susan she is a step above anyone I’ve ever met personable knowledgeable 10 out of 10.
