  Everything was excellent — everything was clean, everything was fast. I understood all the information quickly, the results arrived very quickly, and I really liked everything.

  I’ve been to other Quest locations, so I knew what to expect going in. I made an appointment ahead of time, which is always the way to go. I only had to wait 15 min after checking in to be seen. I am also very anxious about blood draws as I tend to pass out. But I was seen by a lovely technician named Ashley who was very patient and kind. She let me lay down and even gave me a break when we needed to switch veins because the blood flow was too slow. She didn’t rush me out but waited until I felt well enough to leave. I must say I was really impressed with her kindness. Most Quest labs have pretty bad reviews so I wanted to share my experience because I have been helped by some really great people at various locations. This location on Riverside in North Hollywood also has much better access to street parking than other labs I’ve been to. Would definitely go back here again for future bloodwork.

  I went for a scheduled appointment on 3/11/26 and even tho there was a long line, I was taken in right away :-) The woman that drew my blood was great, very friendly and caring when I told her I hate needles. I only wish each Quest location would provide their email ahead of time so you can send your insurance card and save time - a lot of people don't carry physical cards with them anymore. Quest is normally terrible but this location was great and has lots of street parking!

  Extremely disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. The technician appeared inexperienced, unpleasant, and lacking in basic knowledge. Rather than focusing on doing his job correctly and ensuring patient comfort, he seemed more concerned about repeatedly asking for my card. Not the level of professionalism I expected.

  I had my labs drawn today at Quest Diagnostics and had a great experience. I had an appointment and was taken in right at my scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Jamus, who assisted me, was extremely professional, welcoming, and made the whole process very easy and comfortable. He was kind, efficient, and made me feel at ease right away. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend this location!
