Yet the manager has repeatedly singled me out with bias and hostility. Staff rarely greet anyone, and the “Judgement Free Zone” feels like a joke here. Do NOT join this location if you expect fair treatment.

I love this 24 hour gym location so much and I've been going here for a while now, and just recently find out they are getting rid of the 30 minute circuit training area and getting rid of the equipment there. THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WAS HELPING ME LOSE WEIGHT! I would have loved to have gone to the Burbank location, but they don't have that area either. One of the super helpful staff Andes (really nice guy) told me that members were going back to Noho location because they were getting rid of it from the Burbank location and honestly, I'm going to end my membership because of it now. I'm sorely disappointed with Planet Fitness corporate and how they've done this. I really wish they'd not get rid of this. Please bring it back. I can only do the late night workouts.
