The employee named MYNOR was rude, unprofessional, and showed discriminatory behavior, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer at this GNC location since 2021 and usually spend around $200 per visit, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. My husband’s online order was canceled without any explanation, apparently because we were saving about $33 by purchasing online instead of in store. It’s upsetting to be treated this way after years of loyalty. I hope GNC takes this feedback seriously and addresses the employee’s behavior.
