  First things first, I've been coming here out of convenience.Second, the front office staff has been absolute trash with being unorganized, careless with scheduling and lack of proper communication. However, the Doctors like Dr. Khua are what make it pleasant and worthwhile , as they are nice , friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend that the entire front desk including (Chelsea) getting retrained or new hired staff that are fit for the role of Carbon Health and have office etiquette for the sake of new patients. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. Thank you

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding experience at Carbon Health. The doctor was extremely professional, attentive, and took the time to address my concerns clearly. The staff was efficient, friendly, and the entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. What really impressed me was how easy it was to be seen. Instead of the usual hassle of trying to schedule with a primary care physician weeks out, I was able to walk in and get care right away. The visit was quick, organized, and stress-free. The cost was very reasonable, and I didn’t even bother using my insurance. For the quality of care and the convenience, it was absolutely worth it.   I’ve visited this location several times for different reasons, and every experience has been wonderful. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. Hillary was especially pleasant and professional, helping me quickly and efficiently. Logan was also incredibly helpful during my visit today. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service!

  Everybody was very polite and professional. I had a rib fracture from a fall. Acetaminophen and ibuprofen weren’t touching the pain. Apparently, Carbon Health has a policy against prescribing anything stronger. As an Emergency Physician myself, I know the wait times in emergency departments for just a rib fracture could be 8-12 hours (during cold and flu season), thus, the reason for going to urgent care. I was otherwise stable, but had incredible pain. It’s disappointing, they will not prescribe anything stronger, even for just a day or 2. I’m not a drug seeker, but even trying to move in bed with a rib fracture is horrific.

  Carbon Health North Hollywood Urgent Care Center 6160 Laurel Canyon Blvd Ste 160, Los Angeles, CA 91606 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually write reviews at all — so the fact that I’m taking the time to write this should tell you how important this is to me. I was in horrible pain. I mean, I was crying — it was that bad. My husband immediately called to make sure they accepted my insurance, and as soon as they confirmed, he rushed me over. To be honest, I’ve never had the best experiences with doctors’ offices. Usually it feels rushed, cold, or like you’re just another number. But this place was completely different. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and professional. The customer service was genuinely caring. I was seen very quickly, which meant everything considering the pain I was in. What truly impressed me was how they handled my medication. They didn’t have a specific medication in stock, but instead of sending me off to figure it out on my own, they: • Gave me what they had available to help immediately • Called another one of their urgent care locations • Confirmed the medication I needed was there • Scheduled my appointment right away • Printed everything out for me • Sent me directly to the other location where they took care of me without delay That level of coordination, compassion, and efficiency is rare. I felt heard. I felt cared for. And most importantly, I felt taken seriously. This is officially my go-to urgent care from now on. If you’re in pain, stressed, or just need a place that treats you with respect and kindness, I highly recommend this location. Thank you to the entire team for turning such a painful day into one where I actually felt supported. 💛
