WALKED UP WITH NO ONE IN LINE. PHARMACY TECH SEES ME DOES NOT SAY HELLO AND PROCEEDS TO ROLL HER EYES. I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS LORI. MIDDLE AGED HISPANIC WOMAN. A MINUTE LATER WITHOUT ANY GREETING SAYS "BIRTHDAY?" UPON CLOSER OBSERVATION SHE LOOKED EITHER UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SOMETHING OR ILL. AND SHE ACTED THAT WAY AS WELL. AFTER MINUTES OF WAITING SHE CALLED ME OVER USING THE TERM "HONEY". IT SEEMED INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. OUR ENTIRE 5 MINUTE INTERACTION SHE WAS RUDE IN OBNOXIOUS. I WILL NEVER USE VONS PHARMACY IN NIPOMO CALIFORNIA EVER AGAIN. CASE CLOSED. The entire time the pharmacist was just a few feet away and acted oblivious to the whole situation. Complete breakdown in etiquette and anything remotely near good customer service

I've been with them about 1 year and in that time they have been late filling my prescription numerous times I've had to go without my medication approximately 20 days in that year and once when I got home and opened them I discovered they only given me half of my most important medication when I talked to them about it they all but called me a liar and said they had filled correctly and said there stock was right so they either have a theft working there or they can't count and are unwilling to admit their mistakes so I had to take half the number I was supposed to take just so they would last the whole month. If you're thinking about giving them your business DON'T they make way too many mistakes and they don't even care. I gave them 2 stars only because I pushed the wrong button I meant to only give 1 star...... 👎👎👎👎👎

I have been with this specific pharmacy for about 7 years now and I’ve came to realize that every pharmacist there are either so entirely rude or so awkward they can barely look at you in the eyes. I truly had a better experience the first 2 years I’ve been with them, but after that I DREAD coming here now. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a younger gal but I sure get looked down upon and talked to like I have zero knowledge of what I’m there for and to top it off, they are so slow it’s unbelievable.
