  Terrible wait was so long Brooke was off standing not helpful. No one was in the front lots of talking in the back really unprofessional. It was not busy at all two others complaining on appointments being served late. If are thinking of being a stand by don’t even go. I hope management reads this. Good customer service goes a long way.

  Fantastic experience with Debora at this location. I got in and out right away, Deborah was a fantastic phlebotomist, and I barely felt the stick. I did not have to wait long and she handled me with professionalism and cheerfulness. A very pleasant person to be around.

  Walk-in’s are HORRIBLE, owners need to provide better waiting times . Expect to be there 2-3 hours for walk-in’s

  The worst place for taking employment drug test. They don't offer appointment for drug screening. They start at 9AM and then tell you to wait 1 hour. In my case, the waiting time was 3 hours. I tried to get more information on the phone but I could not get to the operator. I don't know about other tests here. But, don't come here for employment drug screening
