  The wait was minimal; the technician was friendly and professional. Great facility. I will always choose this facility over the one on Fairview and Baker... they are not friendly at all.

  When I couldn’t be seen for hours at a different Quest location, I came here and was able to be seen within 30 minutes. Ample parking, office is easy to find on the ground floor, clean waiting area, and very friendly, skilled staff. I’ll be choosing this location for all future visits.

  I make an appointment show up early and still have wait till after my appointment time. Not sure why I have to spend 20 minutes to make an appointment online only to wait?

  Wonderful place and staff! I’d recommend an appointment. From my experience, it’s very rare to have a chance to be seen there without one. Some people waited for 3+ hours without an appointment and never got seen. I waited 3 hours, but am leaving a great review because I was there long enough to see how efficient and kind they were to everyone, my not having an appointment shouldn’t negatively impact a review. (But MAKE AN APPOINTMENT…def don’t just walk in unless you have a whole day to waste and don’t need to get bloodwork that same day. :)
