  I loved going to this group for 8 out of 10 years when the experienced nurse that did their Aesthetics was working there. She was an absolute joy to work with and a professional to the core. Jennay took over and, in my opinion, she is not good at her job and is highly unprofessional. She refused to follow the map from the last nurse sighting reasons it doesn't work. But it did work! I was happy for 8 years. Jennay's Botox injections don't last. My frown lines were never done well. When I asked that we go back to the map of the past nurse's work she told me I was complaining. I was stunned and clarified that discussing issues with her work would be complaining and she assured me, that was how she viewed it. The work is substandard, her attitude is confrontational and simply put, the injections are expensive and substandard. I won't go back.

  My review of Dr. Savalia and his wonderful staff is long overdue. Hard to believe that is has been exactly one year ago since i came to Dr. Savalia’s office in search of a surgeon to replace bilateral ruptured implants. I was very worried about leaking silicone, and Kacey scheduled me with a consult on that same afternoon due to a cancellation. The minute I met Kacey and Amber I felt so comfortable, and the office environment was so clean and beautiful! Then entered Dr. Savalia,.. He was so kind and caring, and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail why he also recommended a breast lift with my implant exchange. He suggested that I take a few days to make my decision. Kacey called me the next day to see if I had any more questions. She is absolutely an angel!! About ten days later I had my surgery with the lift, and it went perfect. The outpatient surgical team was excellent. I had post op swelling and bruising but absolutely no pain! I was truly shocked. My recovery was easy and my results are excellent. I am very very pleased!! I am a 63 year old newly retired Registered Nurse and I can honestly say that Dr. Savalia is the most professional , skilled and wonderful doctor I have ever known. I would highly recommend him and the Newport Beach Surgical Center!

  Worth every penny spent from the scheduling of the appointment to the post surgery follow ups everything was five star. Dr Savalia was amazing and understood exactly what I wanted. I was very scared of having surgery, of the anesthesia of the results but his expertise and knowledge along with the confidence he exudes really put me and my husband at ease not to mention the results!. I honestly can’t say enough. We considered other surgeons but every time my husband and I discussed it we just kept coming back to Dr Savalia and we are sooo thankful that we did. If you’re on the fence don’t be you are in good hands!

  This review is so long overdue! Dr. Savalia is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and just exceptional at helping patients articulate their goals, setting realistic expectations and gaining alignment on what is achievable for the very best outcomes. He is compassionate and exceedingly skilled. His bedside manner is calming and kind; I knew that I was in the very best hands (and the nurses at the surgical center sing his praises- another great endorsement). I had a few unexpected complications and Dr. Savalia supported me every step of the way and provided stellar care throughout my journey. I love my results and am so thankful he is the doctor I selected. He is the very best, and his staff is a strong reflection of his excellent standards. Everyone in his office is professional, caring and knowledgeable. His Medspa is also incredible, and his aesthetic nurse Jennay is so knowledgeable and has literally transformed my skin… (along with my hydrafacials with Amber!). They need a review of their own, which will follow! I love going into their office (and I am there A LOT!) You will never go wrong choosing this practice for surgical or non surgical treatments (or both), they have a forever patient in me!

  I came to Dr. Savalia for my breast reconstruction after a preventative double mastectomy due to my BRCA1 Gene. I'm a lifelong Hoag patient and only trust them with my care, and he was recommended by my doctor as one of the only surgeons she works with because of his level of skill. I couldn't be happier with the results. It was a very emotional journey for me, and on more than one occasion I stepped into the office with anxiety and sometimes tears. Dr. Savalia and his staff were amazing, welcoming and warm. They calmed my nerves every time and made me feel comfortable. There was never a wait, I was often in and out of there within 20 minutes, and they validated parking. Their communication was clear and helpful, swiftly submitting my state disability forms and providing all the details and resources needed for my recovery. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Savalia and his team for any plastic surgery needs. He is kind, skilled and I believe one of the top practitioners in the field. I'm so happy with my results, it's given me the confidence needed to be content with my journey. Thank you Dr. Savalia, Amber, Kacey and Emma!
