  This provider has been a lifesaver for me. I didn't think online therapy would be for me, but with the help of Diane Ackroyd I can see a light at the end of the crisis I'm going through.   I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received at Mindful Health Solutions in Newport Beach, particularly from my prescribing and consulting physician, Dr. Ahmed Jibran. I first sought an evaluation for ADHD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder during my last year of undergrad, right before starting law school. Balancing a full-time job while attending school full-time was incredibly challenging, and I credit this place for helping me successfully navigate that period, conquer the LSAT, and excel in my first year of law school. Dr. Jibran made me feel comfortable discussing my medical concerns from the very first appointment. His genuine care and attention to my needs set this place apart from others I had tried before. Unlike other clinics that felt more like a prescription mill, Dr. Jibran took the time to listen and work with me to create a treatment plan tailored to my unique situation. He wasn't just there to prescribe medication; he was committed to helping me achieve my highest potential. The convenience of remote appointments was a game-changer for me, especially with my demanding schedule. Whenever I needed to adjust my medication, change pharmacies (I move as often as I change my socks!), or update my records with new schools or jobs, the staff was always prompt and accommodating. While the correspondence between physician and patient could improve slightly—likely due to their high volume of patients—every other aspect of my care has been outstanding. If my insurance hadn't changed due to a school switch, I would still be under Dr. Jibran's care.
