We were treated amazing and our bodies felt so great after each treatment. We’re telling absolutely everyone about this place. Amazing.

Their varied self care treatment options and packages are sure to interest any discerning customer. I highly recommend this efficient and friendly spa and management team to the local NB community. My son and I enjoyed our relaxing 2 hours together there after a busy Christmas season.

When I entered the sauna, there were chunks of black hair visibly inside, which is honestly unacceptable for a place that claims to prioritize cleanliness and wellness. I brought this to the attention of the girl at the front desk. She said nothing, offered no apology, and simply stared at me like a deer in headlights. There was no sense of urgency, concern, or professionalism—just an awkward silence. Cleanliness and customer service are the bare minimum for a sauna studio, and this place failed on both.
