Great experience! I called them on my way in (as I was going to be late for my time slot). They were understanding and helped accommodate a later time to keep an appointment for me. The staff was all very friendly, helpful and explained the process throughout the appointment. Very smooth process from the exam, visit with the doctor, picking out glasses, ordering, checking out, etc. all in one visit.
