  Super fast and easy . Staff was nice and quick to get you in and out . glad to know Newman has a Quest lab .

  quest they got me in and out i had an appointment staff was nice I will definitely be going back for all my furture lab work clean place quiet and not that bad of a hospital feel I would not have guessed that was there office

  Horrible experience. I brought my 1 year old in for blood work an the morning(as if this isn't bad enough) and needed 2 vials of blood. After almost filling one, they try the other arm and spend a minute or two moving the needle around and get nothing. The nurses switch and the other one tries for a minute or two and gets nothing. So they pull it out and say they can only try 3 times per day and to come back another day (which isn't possible due to her surgery date) or before 2:30pm. We call and are told to bring her at 12:30 to get her in right after lunch to try again. So I get there at 12:30 and they won't do it and have discarded the blood because the vial wasn't full. There was such a small amount needed to fill it... I have no idea why they didn't attempt to fill it and get a useable vial right away and have her come back for the 2nd vial. Now I have to subject my baby to the entire process again. This was completely ridiculous! 0 stars if that was an option!
