I came for a workout and found a community of amazing and supportive women. After dealing with serious health issues, I needed something I could ease into. At first, I modified almost everything but I have seen my strength, endurance and flexibility grow by leaps and bounds. Great studio, great instructors and a fun boutique to boot. Best workout ever, even for us "mature" gals!

Amazing workout! Really unlike any workout I’ve ever done, and I like to think of myself as pretty athletic. I was not prepared in the slightest for this type of workout, and I feel myself getting so much stronger. The people are all so friendly and welcoming too!

You know the motivation you have when you first join a gym? Well, I have that now more than ever when it comes to Studio Barre Newbury Park and I’ve been working out here since April 2016 ... that’s about TWO and a HALF YEARS! I seriously love this place, the people, the workout, the boutique... I come here on work days, my days off, ... it is my happy place. All of the instructors ROCK. They will make you laugh and your muscles cry, but I promise you’ll come back. See you at the barre!

Studio Barre is my happy place. Besides all the amazing women I’ve met, there are two things that I absolutely love about barre. First, the vibe from the moment you walk in the door. I can’t help but feed off the positive energy from the instructors and fellow tuckers. It is truly infectious. Second, I love that it never gets easy and has helped me shape and tone my problem areas. It’s an awesome full body workout with awesome results.
