- MUMyrna UngaApr 5, 20261.0I had an appointment scheduled for April 3, 2026 that was scheduled a month in advance. The front desk lady was nice up until she was talking about a client who gets seen at this same facility which I thought was unprofessional. I got a bunch of x rays done which took the longest being that I was a new patient which was understandable. What I didn't appreciate was that I was told they can only clean half of my teeth and the other half of my cleaning would have to be scheduled for another day. If I wanted a full cleaning I would have to pay more which I thought was interesting. Something that I also noticed was that staff around kept rushing the orthodontist and assistant who was servicing me because there were other patients waiting in the front pre op area. It would help the staff ensure better care if they were alotted more than an hour for a patient visit. I'll be going to a different dentist for a second opinion. I think the assistant was great and also the orthodontist I just feel like I got a full service and not only half of my teeth cleaned. I hope this changes for future clients.
